Maintaining Multi-Use Path and Rights of Way

The services described herein consist of providing multi-use path maintenance and landscape maintenance in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein.

Contract Time: The initial contract term shall be for a period of One (1) year commencing upon full execution of the Agreement. The County may renew the contract in accordance with the terms of the solicitation and resulting agreement.

Walton County maintains a network of multi-use paths along county roads and rights-of-way serving both residents and tourists throughout the county. These paths require regular maintenance to ensure safe and accessible conditions for pedestrians and cyclists. This ITB seeks qualified contractors to provide ongoing maintenance services for the paths identified in the Bid Schedule, including locations funded through the Tourist Development Council (TDC) and Walton County Public Works. Actual path limits are identified in Attachment A – Maintenance Map.
