OPEN STREETS EVENT COORDINATOR AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The City is looking for a qualified consultant to manage and coordinate the event, overseeing all aspects from planning and permitting to logistics on the day of the event, ensuring a successful and memorable experience for all participants.

We would like to inform you that the Open Streets Event will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., following the City's annual 5k event, which will be from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. This timing ensures an engaging day for all participants and community members.
