HVAC FOR GARLAND COUNTY COURTHOUSE

BID NOTICE

Garland County will be accepting sealed bids for the replacement of select HVAC units in the Garland County Courthouse 501 Ouachita Ave. until January 20, 2025.  The bids will be accepted by the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on January 21, 2025, at 9:00 am. The bid should include all materials and workmanship to furnish and complete installation of HVAC matching the specifications.

Bids must be sealed and returned to the County Judge’s Office and outside of envelope must be prominently marked as follows:

“HVAC FOR GARLAND COUNTY COURTHOUSE”

“Please Note:  We do not accept bids by fax or email.  They must be sealed, by mail or hand delivered.

Bid forms, specifications and instructions can be obtained from the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901.  Only sealed bids will be accepted.

Garland County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or a portion thereof.
