How many people are required on staff at once? Enough to provide coverage this level is not dictated by the VA and is the responsibility of the contractor to provide adequate performance.
What does SV on the pricing sheet indicate? SV stands for Service.
Is there a staffing schedule? Hours of operation included VA will not tell the contractor how to staff or schedule.
May I request the "Labor Mix and Level of Effort" excel spreadsheet stated on page 40 of the uploaded attachment in SAMS.

Do you prefer interpretation services exclusively over the phone, or if you are also interested in providing video interpretation. Over the phone only.
