Description
This document serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for a construction Project # 671-22-179 INSTALL DEVICES FOR LEGIONELLA CONTROL AND PREVENTION. The contractor shall follow the provided design plans and specifications. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment, supervision, and construction services necessary for the Install Devices for Legionella Control Project. All Construction and installation work shall comply with VA specifications for material and workmanship, NEC, NFPA and all applicable city, county, state, and federal regulations and codes and OSHA standards. Refer construction drawings and specs for requirements. A site visit is recommended to confirm all measurements and existing conditions. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and drawings of the solicitation (when available) and all applicable local and VA building codes. This project will be procured as 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning with a standard size of $19M. The magnitude of this construction project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract awardee shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, training, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications & drawings provided. The VA shall issue a IFB on or about December 13, 2024, via Contract Opportunities. A site visit will be scheduled prior to the closing of solicitation, the date, time, and location will be posted in the solicitation.
