Kia Training Center-Facade Restoration Waterproof

OVERVIEW:
The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Georgia Quick Start for the construction of The Kia Training Center Facade Waterproofing Repairs project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. The Kia Training Center is located 900 Kia Blvd, West Point 30223.  This project has been posted as an electronic bid event within the Team Georgia Marketplace system. The project plans are attached to the bid event. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE:
Georgia Quick Start - Kia Training Center will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Kia Training Center on May 19, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project. The meeting will be held in the Kia Training Center / Lobby area. Review the Mandatory Prebid Conference document attached to the GPR Bid Notice for more details.
