Boilers for Buildings #5 and #6 - Stoneville, MS

This is a Request for Proposal for construction services.

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) Jamie Whitten Delta Staes Research Center (JWDSRC) located in Stoneville, MS., has a requirement demolish existing natural gas boilers, supply and install new natural gas boilers for Buildings #5 and #6. The work includes but is not limited to: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and professional services necessary to demo (4) existing Lochinvar Boilers and (4) Bell and Gossett Pumps and install new Boilers and Pumps, as per the Statement of Work (SoW). The project is located at the USDA-ARS-SEA, JWDSRC, 141 Experiment Station Road, Stoneville, MS. 38776. The contractor shall provide a detailed technical proposal and detailed cost breakdown for the entire project.

The solicitation number is 12405B25R0006 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The NAICS code is 238220 with a size standard of $19.0 M. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions.
