To receive Qualifications Proposals as required to short-list qualified General Contractors to perform full construction services. This procurement shall be a Two Step (IFB) Invitation for Bid where the County/GVFRS will pre-qualify construction firms that show significant experience in the construction of fire stations and similar Municipal/Public projects. An evaluation committee composed of Gloucester County and GVFRS staff will grade the responses on a 100% scoring system. The list of pre-qualified construction firms will receive an IFB with 100% Construction Documents and detailed scope of work. Any resulting contract will be awarded based on the competitive sealed bid process from Two Step Process.
