Description
The Athens Downtown Development Authority (ADDA) is seeking Requests for Pre-Qualifications (RFPQ) from experienced construction firms for the College Square Pedestrian Plaza project¿a public space improvement project in historic downtown Athens. Applicants are urged to thoroughly review this RFPQ and follow all instructions carefully. High standards of quality and responsiveness to the public realm are expected, in full compliance with the Georgia Local Government Public Works Construction Law. Applicants who meet the pre-qualifications will be invited to bid on the plaza and streetscape improvement project.
