The City of Elk River is seeking a qualified consultant to perform a full-scale diagnostic and rewrite the city's Land Development Regulations (Chapter 30). The expectation is to repeal and adopt a new Land Development chapter. Additionally, the city is seeking a review of the remaining ordinance for inconsistencies, conflicts, and outdated provisions.
