The Town of Chapel Hill is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to manage a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) grant for disaster recovery related to Tropical Storm Chantal. The Town of Chapel Hill will use FEMA funds for this project, and the FEMA provisions stated in the attached Exhibit B will apply as applicable.
Proposals are due by 5:00 PM on November 7, 2025. Please email proposals to Zakia Alam, Purchasing and Contracts Manager at zalam@townofchapelhill.org .
Questions concerning this Request for Proposals must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00
P.M. on October 29, 2025, to Tanner Deisch via e-mail at tdeisch@townofchapelhill.org . All responses to submitted questions will be published in the form of an addendum on the Town’s website at www.townofchapelhill.org by October 31, 2025.
