| Summary: | The City of Austin (“City”) seeks to establish a contract with a laboratory with the capabilities, experience, and understanding of the best methodologies for collection of eDNA, the ability to apply and analyze results from a wide range of eDNA primers, and subsequently provides data of high enough resolution and integrity to compare with traditional field collection methods and phenotypic-based taxonomic identifications (“Contractor”). |
