IFB# 25-005 Cleaning Services for PVTA Administration and PVTA Customer Service Centers

The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services at the PVTA Administration Office, located at 2808 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01107 and PVTA’s two Customer Service Centers, located at Union Station, Frank B. Murray Street, Springfield, MA 01103 and Holyoke Transportation Center, 206 Maple Street, Holyoke, MA 01040.

A pre-bid walk-through will be held at 10:00 AM EST on January 6, 2025, starting at the PVTA Administration Office, 2808 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01107 to outline requirements and building layouts, and to provide the opportunity for questions and explanations.

Sealed bids shall be submitted to the attention of Leland Zak, Procurement Officer, Pioneer Valley Transit Authority, 2808 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01107, on or before January 30, 2025 at 2:00 PM EST. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned to the Bidder unopened.
