Contract Term

The term of the contract will begin 12/11/2024 and end on 12/10/2025.

The Contract may be renewed by mutual agreement of both parties for up to five (5) Years.

All items listed in this Section are Bid Specifications. A successful Bidder must be able to satisfy all these specifications to be deemed a Responsible Bidder.

-Repair or replace glass
-Repair or replace broken seals
-Repair or replace vapor seals
-Caulking
-Bidder will furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and vehicles required for window repair or replacement.
-The Contract will be for the Capitol Complex, but will be open for other Agencies for use.
