IFB 25-046 - Concrete and Handrail Project

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Hutchings Psychiatric Center
are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to
provide Remove and replace a ramp, steps, and railing for the facility, located
at 5662 Thompson Road, Dewitt, NY 13214.

The required specifications are listed in Section 1 - Scope of Work in the IFB
document.

Pre-bid Conference/Site Visit Registration Forms are due per the instructions in
the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, July 8th, 2025.

There is a Mandatory Site Visit at 10:00 AM ET on July 11th, 2025.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by
3:00 PM ET, July 15th, 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential
bidders on July 17th, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, July 25th, 2025. No late bids will be
accepted.
