Description: The City of Glens Falls is seeking proposals from qualified individuals (with sufficient staffing) and/ or firms. Proposer must demonstrate they have extensive experience both with HUD and with the New York State Division of Homes and Community Renewal in providing professional program implementation for program delivery/technical/administration, housing rehabilitation, home ownership, general advisory services and other services for three years of the HOME program (2025, 2026, 2027) AND three federal fiscal years: 2025-26 (Program Year 2025), 2026-27 (PY26) and 2027-28 (PY27), with a renewal of potentially up to two additional years based on satisfactory performance and availability of federal HUD funding and state HOME funding.
