Request for Proposals: Sewer Lift Station #1 Force Main Re-Design, CIP No. ET8166

The City of Davis (City) is seeking proposals for professional consulting services from On-Call Engineering Design Firms, as well as other, non-On-Call Engineering Design firms, to prepare re-design plans, including structural, mechanical and electrical component upgrades for sanitary Sewer Lift Station #1 (SLS #1) Force Main.

The contract will commence at the date the agreement is signed, and the anticipation is that the final plans and specifications will be ready for bid by October 2025 for a Spring 2026 construction notice to proceed.

Questions about this RFP are required to be submitted via email to Terry Jue by Friday, March 14, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Questions submitted after the due date or via phone will not be accepted. All substantive questions and answers will be posted below (PDF format) and distributed to applicants.

Proposals will be considered complete only if all of the items listed under the Proposal Requirements are included. Please note, the City will not accept incomplete proposals or proposals time stamped after the submittal due date and time.

No late proposals will be accepted for any reason. No exceptions will be allowed.
