RFP for Engineering Services for the Warren County Septic System Replacement Program

Warren County is seeking to retain qualified professional engineering consultant(s) to provide Engineering Services for the Warren County Septic Replacement Program. The intent of the program is to assist low to mid-income level households with septic system repair or replacement. Many Warren County municipalities and the Lake George Park Commission have enacted septic inspection mandates that are disproportionately impacting low/mid-income households due to the costs associated with compliance.

The program is being funded by a Community Development Block Grant administered by NYS Housing Trust Fund Corporation (represented by the Office of Community Renewal), in coordination with the Warren County Planning & Community Development Department.

It’s anticipated that the funding received will serve approximately 10-12 households/projects during the term of the agreement. Said projects may be located anywhere in Warren County.
