2026 02 Transit Software RFP

The City of Dodge City is seeking qualified vendors to submit proposals to provide a comprehensive public transportation software solution.
Written proposals will be received until Friday, March 6th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.. Proposals must be physical copies as well as one on a flash drive. Emailed or electronically transmitted proposals may not be considered. Late proposals will be disqualified.

Criteria for selection will be based on experience, level of fit of the proposed system based on the City’s functional and technical requirements, implementation approach, product demonstrations, reference checks and price.  These criteria will be scored by the committee. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with the RFP and will be led by an in-house project and evaluation team. Vendors shall present 3 references for similar projects for the City to contact-ideally Kansas customers.
