NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Tomball, Harris County, Texas is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide Janitorial Services.
Sealed proposals shall be addressed to Meagan Mageo - Project Manager, City of Tomball, 501 James Street, Tomball, Texas 77375 and shall be labeled “RFP Number 2026-10 – “Janitorial Services”, “DO NOT OPEN”. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
The City will host a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at 10:00 a.m. CST, Thursday, May 7, 2026 at the Administrative Services Building located at 501 James Street. At this time respondents will have the opportunity to ask questions and tour the project site.
Upon consideration of the proposals submitted, the City of Tomball reserves the right to accept or to reject any submittal, to waive technicalities and to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the bidder’s ability to provide the service(s) required and covered by the specifications, and to accept what in its judgment is the most advantageous bid.
During the period between the Request for Proposal, submission date, and the contract award, respondents including their agents and/or representatives/owners, shall not directly or indirectly promote their proposal or bid
to any member of the Tomball City Council or City staff except in the course of City-sponsored inquires, briefings, interviews, and/or presentations requests. Violation of this provision may result in the rejection of the respondent’s Proposal submittal.
