Loudoun County Public Schools -The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposals (âRFPâ) is to establish a multiple term contract through competitive negotiations with qualified source(s) to provide preventative maintenance, repairs and fire alarm services for elevators, wheelchair lifts, and dumbwaiters located at Loudoun County School Board, operating as Loudoun County Public Schools (âLCPSâ) school and administrative sites. Site Visit: An optional site visit will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM. We will meet at the front entrance of Heritage High School, located at 520 Evergreen Mills Road SE, Leesburg, VA 20175. Please limit your attendees to a maximum of 2 participants.
