The City of Lake Oswego, Oregon is seeking branding and communication services. The consultant will be responsible for Branding Standards Modernization, Communication Channel Audit, and Strategic Communication Plan Development to increase public involvement, provide cohesive and effective communications, and build public trust. The consultant will work closely with the City's executive leadership, internal departments, and community stakeholders to analyze, develop, and implement a communication strategy for the project that aligns with the City's goals and project objectives.
Project should result in a consistent verbal and visual identity, along with a strategic communications plan to launch strategy recommendation across the City’s channels. The Request of Proposal (RFP) is for work to branding and communication services, with all work and deliverables completed by June 30, 2026.
An Optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually on Tuesday, February 24, 2:00- 3:00 PM virtual. No statement made at the pre-Proposal Conference shall alter the Scope of Work or solicitation process; any changes shall be issued by written addenda. Interested persons shall email RSVP to Madison Thesing mthesing@lakeoswego.city by noon on Monday, February 21, 2026. Meeting invite with link will be shared once RSVP is received.
Parties interested in submitting a proposal must register through the City of Lake Oswego Bid & RFP webpage and select themselves to be on the Planholder’s list for this project at www.lakeoswego.city/bids/ .
Deadline for Submission of Proposals: March 9 at 9:00 AM. Submissions received after this time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned without review.
