Division One: Annie Fluellen Park Improvements:
For demolition and disposal of existing playground equipment, installation of parking lot including grading, base, paving, bump stops and striping, 5¿ wide concrete sidewalk, new playground equipment with rubber safety surface, water fountain, 2 EA Picnic Tables, 2 EA Trash Receptacles, 3 EA Decorative Light Fixtures, park sign and appurtenances.
Division Two: Girard Avenue Park Improvements:
For demolition and disposal of existing playground equipment, installation of parking lot including grading, base, paving, bump stops and striping, 5¿ wide concrete sidewalk, new playground equipment with rubber safety surface, water fountain, 2 EA Picnic Tables, 2 EA Trash Receptacles, 5 EA Decorative Light Fixtures, park sign and appurtenances.
