The City seeks responses to this Request for Proposal from qualified workers’ compensation third party administrator firms with public sector experience that can provide all the services described in this Scope of Work. The City seeks qualified proposers to provide the following services:
1. Develop and implement an exclusive 504 Physician Panel. 2. Provide WC claim administration, medical cost containment, case management, legal, pharmacy benefits management, information system, and all other services identified in this RFP and associated with the City’s WC self-insured program. 3. The selected firm shall take over all open and inventoried claims effective the start date of the contract. |
