Special Requirements:

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held 10:00 AM, November 20, 2025, in Room 16, City Hall, 101 N. Main Street, Winston-Salem, NC. The purpose of this pre-bid will be for staff to describe the location(s) in each contract, go over the scope of work involved and review changes to the bid documents that have been made since the last mowing bids were conducted. Attendees will be required to pass through metal detection equipment upon entering the facility and should plan accordingly.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The City of Winston-Salem is seeking proposals for the scope of work herein described. Pursuant to bidding

policy, sealed proposals endorsed “Mowing Services / Contract Group #2– RFP 2695” will be received

until the time listed above by the City/County Purchasing Department in Suite 324, City Hall Building, 101

North Main Street, Winston-Salem, NC. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
