General Work Description: The work consists of stabilizing and securing a permanent foundation for the historic Cunningham House. The scope of work includes lifting the structure, constructing a new permanent foundation, performing framing retrofits, installing full structural sheathing, and completing all ancillary tasks required to deliver a fully stabilized and structurally sound building.
A mandatory bid site walk is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on March 10, 2026, at 9229 Foxwood Drive, Windsor, CA.
