Scope of Work: The City of Kenai is soliciting bids for the 6th Street Infrastructure and Road Improvements Project. The work encompasses underground utility installation, temporary surface restoration, and final roadway paving as detailed below:
•        Water & Sewer Infrastructure: Installation of all specified water and sewer utility improvements in accordance with the provided contract drawings. Completion required by December 15, 2026.
•        Temporary Road Surface: Maintenance of a passable, compacted gravel surface through the winter season following utility trenching. Completion required by December 15, 2026.
•        Final Paving & Surface Completion: Asphalt paving and final roadway restoration to be completed by June 30, 2027.

ITB documents are available at Bidexpress.com or at City Hall for a non-refundable fee of $25.00.

This contract will be subject to the provisions of the State of Alaska Title 36, Wage and Hour Administration Pamphlet Statutes and Regulations, and will require 100% performance and payment bonds.
