1. Pricing shall be inclusive of all labor, equipment, supplies, applicable permits, overhead, profit, material, and
any other incidental costs required to perform and complete all work as specified herein.
2. Quantities are not guaranteed. Final payment will be based on actual quantities.
3. The City will only accept bids submitted on the bid form provided by the City. Bids submitted on other forms,
other than that provided by the City, will be considered as non- responsive and ineligible for award.Contractor's
are responsible for an erosion control and concrete washout plan for each project.
4. Contractor's are responsible for all utility notifications and coordination in the area of work prior to
construction.
5. Contractor's are responsible for any damage to private property (i.e. sprinklers, mailboxes, etc).
