Arkansas Code
§19-11-802
specifies a procedure whereby the political subdivision (City) requests a statement of qualifications once a year or as deemed necessary for certain professional services. The City shall evaluate current statements of qualifications and performance data of firms on file whenever a specific project requiring such professional services is proposed.
Annual statements may be submitted electronically through the ARBID website found at
https://arkansas.ionwave.net/Login.aspx
, by email or mail. This is the preferred method of submittal.
Emailed statements may be submitted to

with ONE (1) PDF version attached (City prefers no paper copies). Identify the PDF with the company name and as an SOQ.
Mailed paper version may be received at the City of Hot Springs Purchasing Division, 5:00 PM, CT, 324 Malvern Avenue, 2nd Floor, (71901) or PO Box 6300, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71902, regardless of delivery method.
