Solicitation Summary
The Department seeks pest control services for six (6) of its Baltimore region facilities. The Contractor will service all buildings and grounds at the Baltimore Central Booking and Intake Center (BCBIC), Metropolitan Transition Center (MTC), Youth Detention Center (YDC), Chesapeake Detention Facility (CDF), Baltimore City Correctional Center (BCCC), and the Maryland Reception Diagnostic and Classification Center (MRDCC). The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, services, permits, chemicals, equipment, devices, and any and all other items necessary for, or incidental to, identifying and eradicating by whatever means is effective and environmentally safe, all pests as identified in this contract.

Attachment B – The Price Form must be completed along with the eMMA pricing.
