Contractor shall providing labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform mowing on specified Stormwater Management Facilities (SWMFs) (attached list) in the City of Virginia Beach. Mowing of vegetation, and woody vegetation, to include overgrowth, small saplings and trees (all diameters), on all banks and across the bottom of dry or shallow marsh SWMFs. All cut material will be harvested and removed, unless otherwise directed by Owner.
