Description:

|
Structural design of the sign support, its foundation, and the steel support pipe is provided by others (McFarland Engineering, the Sign Installer’s structural engineer of record) under separate seal.
This IFB covers: General Contractor constructs the concrete foundation and the lower support pipe per the sealed drawings. The Architect’s certification excludes those delegated-design elements.
