The Scope of Work is the roof replacement of two sections of roof at the stadium. The work includes the removal of the existing EPDM roofing system (membrane, flashings, and insulation) down to the existing metal roof deck. The area of the low roof is 1600 square feet, and the area of the upper roof is 800 square feet. New rigid polyisocynurate insulation will then be installed and a fully adhered TPO roofing system. The Contractor will be responsible for providing a crane and shall coordinate with the City on the removal of the existing HVAC units.
