Thonotosassa Park Expansion & Library Replacement

Project Description: Hillsborough County Parks & Recreation and Capital Programs Departments is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a new library and park expansion on an approximately 50-acre property in Thonotosassa, Hillsborough County. Project is located on the South side of Main Street approximately 1/2 mile West of Mango Road (CR 579). Project includes a new approximately 18,000 sq ft library, a new approximately 2,600 sq ft concession building, two (2) new synthetic multipurpose fields, and all associated site improvements and infrastructure estimated at $22,138,334.96 for the base bid items and $2,338,452.00 for Alternate Bid Items 1 through 6.
SBE Goal: In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of 12% has been established for participation by SBE as Subcontractors.
To be given consideration, questions and requests for interpretation must be received no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Solicitation issuance in Bonfire, site visit, or pre-bid conference, whichever is later as stated in Paragraph 4.7 of the Contract Terms and Conditions Document.
