Site Visit: Tuesday, February 23, 2026, from 8:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. at 686 Discovery Drive NW, Huntsville 35806
Company must provide proof of insurance.

Work Description
1. Tree Removal
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to safely remove the following trees:
• Removal of 7 trees located at:
o Along the drive, in front of the building
o In front of building in front of the parking lot
• Trees to be removed include root removal and stump grinding.
• All debris, limbs, trunks, and wood generated from removal shall be hauled off and disposed of properly unless otherwise specified.
• Trees are 18” to 20” at the base.

2. Tree Trimming / Pruning
The contractor shall trim the following trees:
• Trimming of all trees along the drive that prohibits or may prohibit clearance of large vehicles.

3. Cleanup and Disposal
• All limbs, branches, and debris shall be removed from the property upon completion.
• Work areas shall be left clean and free of debris.
• Lawn and surrounding areas shall be raked and blown clean.

4. Safety and Property Protection
• The contractor shall take reasonable precautions to protect existing structures, utilities, landscaping, and fences.
• Contractor is responsible for any damage caused by their operations.
• Contractor shall comply with all applicable safety regulations and local ordinances.

5. Equipment and Access
• The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment including trucks, chippers, lifts, and safety gear.
• The owner should provide access to the work area as needed.

6. Insurance and Licensing
• Contractor should maintain appropriate liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage.
• Proof of insurance shall be provided upon request.
