Project Description:
The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of full reconstruction, new sidewalk and ADA compliant curb ramps, water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, retaining walls, and a mid-block RRFB crossing located at 42nd Street NE from Edgewood Road to Pine View Drive. The Engineer’s opinion of probable cost is $5,100,000.
