Synopsis:
The City of Saskatoon’s Independent Office of the City Auditor (Office) is seeking to engage the services of a professional internal audit co-source partner to supplement the Office's internal staff in development and delivery of its approved Audit Plan. The successful Proponent will provide audit planning and execution support, subject matter expertise, and professional advice on an as-required and non-exclusive basis. Services may be engaged based on the City’s evolving audit requirements and priorities throughout the term of the agreement. All respondents must register on the City’s electronic bidding system at https://saskatoon.bidsandtenders.ca . This will enable the respondent to download the solicitation document, ask questions, receive addenda and email notifications, and submit their bid through the bidding system. Award notification will be posted to the electronic bidding system. Submission Deadline: 2:00:59 p.m. CST, Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
