This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).
The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), intend to enter into an agreement up to 60 mos with Honeywell International for continued, uninterrupted use of Honeywell Enterprise Building Integrator (EBI) - Building Manager software maintenance & support.
Honeywell Enterprise Building Integrator (EBI) - Building Manager which consists of Honeywell Security Manager, Honeywell Building Manager and Honeywell Life Safety Manager, Honeywell Digital Video Manager, Honeywell Asset Locator, and Honeywell Energy Manager is used for plant management and Capitol Security to monitor and control: HVAC, automation, access control, security, fire alarm, and lighting in all buildings on the Capitol Complex. Honeywell retain exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary software maintenance and support. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
