One-Two Sentences
Building heating and hot water requirement with the exclusion of the campus steam distribution system: Design and construction of alternate natural gas heating and hot water systems in Four Dormitories (Barbee, Morrison, Morrow, and VanStory). This is to complete all necessary engineering for redundant heating systems for these buildings. Building information will be provided upon demand The scope of work shall include the following: Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings Submittals and requirements for boilers Flow rates and heating rates Proposed energy consumption Analysis of savings using natural gas versus conventional steam Electrical connections Area and clearances required for installation Complete engineering analysis of a system to be installed
