BLDG 20 Front Stair Rehabilitation
Description:
NYS DOCCS is seeking bids for a one-time Rehabilitation of the Building 20 Front Stairs. NYS DOCCS reserves the right to make an award in whole or in part, to withdraw the quote at any time, to seek clarifications and revisions of proposals.
Site visit scheduled for Thursday 8/14/2025 at 9:00am. Contractors must register for visit by Monday 8/11/2025, 12:00pm EST. Site visit is not mandatory.
SCOPE OF WORK
-
Remove railings and existing stair treads in preparation of inner structure repair

Repair inner stair structure
-
Provide drainage and waterproofing for stair structure
-
Re-install existing stair treads to repaired inner structure
-
Patch any stair tread or associated structure as needed
-
Provide safety barrier while work is in progress

All work to be completed during normal business hours

Adhere to all Directives, Policies, and Safety Protocols per DOCCS
