Campus Gas Line Replacement

The University of North Carolina at Pembroke is inviting letters of interest from qualified professionals to deliver comprehensive design and construction administration services for the project described above. This initiative involves a multi-phase, campus-wide replacement of outdated and deteriorating gas lines. The current plan envisions construction phases occurring to align with the academic calendar. The project aims to enhance campus safety and improve resiliency during storm events.
