This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).
Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Labor and Industry (DLI ) intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 months w ith Thomson Reuters for continued, uninterrupted maintenance and support services of the C- Track Integration Toolkit.
The C-Track Integration Toolkit is used by DLI and integrates the Workers’ Compensation CAMPUS system with MNOAH’s C-Track CMS System. The services will allow DLI to retain the use of their perpetual C-Track software . Thomson Reuters retains exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary products and services and the State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
