Description: The State University of New York at Stony Brook intends to make this purchase under its discretionary authority, pursuant to State Finance Law ยง163(6) and NYS Education Law Section 355(5)(a) which is up to $125,000.00 for the above-referenced products. Information security is one of the most critical challenges faced by all institutions. This Single Sourced solution being procured from former Appsian formerly Greyheller extends the functionality of PeopleSoft enterprise software in the areas of Application Security and User Experience. At Stony Brook, the PeopleSoft Enterprise Reporting System houses our most critical and sensitive data assets, including personally identifiable information, academic, financial and personnel related data. Exposure of this data and/or unauthorized access to it, would result in significant financial and reputational damage to the university. Due Date: 08/18/2025 10:00 AMContract Term: .
