Solicitation Summary
Carlson Software is currently in use within the Plats and Surveys Division as a critical desktop engineering and survey production suite. The software supports advanced survey computations, data processing, and engineering analysis necessary to maintain project delivery timelines.
The requested procurement represents the continuation of an existing software environment and must be fully compatible with SHA’s current Carlson software licenses and workflows.
The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is requesting quotations for the purchase and delivery of Carlson 2027 Software and associated maintenance to support survey, engineering, and right-of-way production activities within the Plats and Surveys Division. The State intends to issue a purchase order to the vendor responsible submitting the lowest responsive quotation meeting the requirements of this RFQ.
