Description: The County of Rockland, on behalf of the Empire State Cooperative Procurement Alliance and the Empire Procure Connect Marketplace, is issuing this Request for Competitive Offers (RCO) to establish a statewide cooperative contract for the supply and delivery of tires, tubes and associated services. The resulting contract will be available for use by all local government agencies, political subdivisions and eligible non-profit entities in the State of New York.
