Tires, Tubes and Associated Services

The County of Rockland, on behalf of the Empire State Cooperative Procurement Alliance and the Empire Procure Connect Marketplace, is issuing this Request for Competitive Offers (RCO) to establish a statewide cooperative contract for the supply and delivery of tires, tubes and associated services. The resulting contract will be available for use by all local government agencies, political subdivisions and eligible non-profit entities in the State of New York.

The County of Rockland officially distributes bidding documents through the Bonfire System. Copies of bidding documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bidding documents from the Bonfire Portal are guaranteed to receive all attachments, drawings or addendum information, if such information is issued.
