The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission CMRPC pursuant to MGL c30B 6 is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop a Feasibility Study for the Charles Headwaters Greenway a proposed multicommunity greenway corridor through Blackstone Mendon and Bellingham MA. The contract will have a nottoexceed value of 100000.
The RFP will be available beginning December 1 2025. To obtain a copy contact Nathan Lewis at nlewiscmrpc.org.
Proposals are due December 30 2025 by 200 PM. Technical proposals must be submitted electronically as described in the RFP. Price proposals must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope and delivered to CMRPC 1 Mercantile Street Suite 520 Worcester MA 01608.
CMRPC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals waive informalities and award the contract in the best interest of the Commission.
