Replace Emergency Generators - Various Buildings
Description:

The work of this single bid project includes:
a. The generator at the Student Union is being replaced with a 100 kW natural gas generator.
b. A 350 kW natural gas generator will be installed at the Campus Center.
c. Installation of a new natural gas service to the emergency generators.
d. Removal of a 600-gallon underground storage tank.

Plans will be available after August 22, 2025, through Plan & Print Systems (315-437-5111 & https://www.planandprint.com/ ).

A project walk-through has been scheduled for September 3, 2025, at 11:00am meeting at the Campus Center.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
