Description: The United Nations Development Corporation (UNDC), a public benefit corporation of the State of New York, is seeking a qualified mechanical contractor to perform a scope of work including but not limited to removing and disposing of existing cooling tower fill, and replacing with new cooling tower fill in the east cell of a BAC cooling tower model number 3648C at Two United Nations Plaza, a Class A, high-rise building consisting of office and hotel tenancy located in east midtown Manhattan. The building will be occupied and operational throughout the duration of the project. The UNDC properties are managed by Cushman & Wakefield. The minimum required qualifications are as follows:
Interested companies must provide evidence of their qualifications and relevant experience including a minimum of five (5) references with contact information. The due date for submission of qualifications via e-mail, regular mail, courier, or personal delivery is September 15, 2025 at 2:00pm EST.
