Sealed Bid for Zero-Turn Mower

The Jefferson County Water Authority is looking to purchase and is accepting sealed bids for one heavy duty or commercial grade “Zero-Turn Riding Lawn Mower”.  Minimum specifications include the following criteria: 29.5 HP gasoline powered engine; 60-inch air floating cutting deck; 24 X 12-inch drive tires and 13 X 6.5-inch caster tires; and Hydro-Static drive transmission; and a safety rollbar attachment.

Please provide a quote for the zero-turn lawn mower that your company or agency offers that most closely compares to or meets the criteria listed above.  The quote should be detailed and itemized to list all features on the piece of equipment being offered.  Also please note any included Warranty information, and any service or maintenance options your company has to offer (mobile maintenance, pickup/delivery, ETC.).

To be considered, “sealed bids” must be received no later than 1000 hours on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.   They will be publicly opened at that time.  Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “JCWA Zero-Turn” on the lower left side of the envelope.  Bids may be submitted by mail or delivered in person to Festus City Hall; ATTN: JCWA; 711 West Main Street; Festus, MO 63028.
